What is a COBRA General Notice?
Upon enrolling for the first time in Dallas ISD's benefits plan, you or your spouse will receive a COBRA General Notice. A COBRA General Notice simply describes your rights to continue your Dallas ISD benefits plan under COBRA. There is no action for you or your spouse to take upon receiving a COBRA General Notice.
